With over 1200 tour kilometres, Ischgl and the Paznaun Valley together with the Swiss Samnaun region belong to the largest and most versatile mountain bike regions in the Alps. The possibilities range from easy beginner and family tours down in the valley to longer day trips, marathons, 3000m high summits to a vast selection of freeride tours with support of mountain railway systems for effortless fun.

Also as a starting point for many tours our location is a fine choice. At 1820m sea level, you will experience ideal cardiac frequencies during your sleep that will prepare you for a training session in the mountains.
