1. Your vehicle and tent
   • Please let us know what you are bringing:
     Tent, motorhome, bus, roof tent or caravan, folding caravan,... with length and width details (incl. awning or awning and drawbar).
     Note: We reserve the right to cancel the booking if information about your vehicle and tent is missing.
     
     This information is very important for us, as not all pitches are the same size and to avoid unpleasant situations on arrival! 😊
      
2. Booking conditions and preferences
   • We do not allocate fixed pitches, but offer a comparable pitch in the category booked.
   • You can indicate specific requests such as lake view or mountain view - we will do our best to fulfill them.
   • If you have requests outside the available categories or are unsure about your choice of pitch, please use the inquiry form.
      
3. Important information on payment and cancelation:
   • Payment within 3 days is required to confirm the booking.
   • Cancellation conditions according to Öster. Hotel law

   • Please check our availability calendar to see if we still have space available for your desired travel dates. 

We offer the following categories:

Motorhomes, buses, caravans, etc.

• Lake view: minimum 7 nights in high season and minimum 5 nights in low season
• Mountain view: minimum 5 nights in high season and minimum 3 nights in low season
• Pitches in front of the barrier in the parking lot

Tents:

• Directly by the lake - some with electricity hook-up
• An elevated pitch with a lake view
